OUR LEADERSHIP

Badya Centre is a woman-led organization governed by a board of Directors comprising 5 members, out of whom 3 are women in leading positions. The board is responsible for organizational oversight, policy formulation, and ensuring the organization's health in financial, programmatic, compliance with high standards.

Board of Directors

Composed of five members who are: The General Director responsible for overall management of the organization, Financial Director responsible for the overall budget implementation, reporting and ensuring the financial health of the organization, program Director responsible for timely implementation of different programs, operations Director responsible for procurement and operation of the organization, communication and media Director.

Executive Committee

Each office is led by a director, supported by dedicated professionals including program officers, M&E officers, operations assistants, accountants, program assistants, guards, and cleaners.
